PRN Position is open for Certified Respiratory Technician or Registered Respiratory Therapist
Our facility is looking for a Respiratory Therapist to administer therapy and monitor patient progress based on the instructions provided by our team of Physicians. The successful candidate will have experience working as a Respiratory Therapist in a hospital setting, a compassionate and caring attitude and a proven ability to work independently, as well as, collaboratively. If you are a Respiratory Therapist that’s looking for PRN work in a diverse, smaller hospital, we want to hear from you.
- Perform necessary procedures with non-invasive methods such as CPAP and BIPAP therapies
- Educate and counsel staff members on basic respiratory therapy procedures
- Create therapy programs for patients based on the specific instructions of Physicians
- Engage in diagnostic evaluation, treatment and control of deficiencies and abnormal functions found in the patient’s cardiopulmonary system
- Administer blood gas samples and perform basic analysis
Required skills
- Current and valid RRT or CRT license
- Current certification with NBRC
- Current BLS
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of therapy procedures for patients ranging from newborn to geriatric
- Ability to work collaboratively and with minimal supervision
Preferred skills
- ACLS
- PALS
- 1+ years’ active therapy experience preferred
Job title: Patient Financial Services Director
Full Time: Monday- Friday
Essential Job Functions-Computer Skills, Organization, follow up on unpaid bills, reviews patient registrations for errors and make corrections, enter and post cash PRN, enter adjustments and post PRN registration. Accurate and timely preparation of claims to Medicare, Medicaid and commercial carriers.
Education/Equivalent Experience- High School Education, 3 years or more insurance billing and EOB experience.
Full-time 7p-7a RN ER
Predominately ER with cross training to other nursing areas
Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed to
practice within the state of Kentucky.
Must have a minimum of an associate degree.
Must be ACLS certified. Prefer PALS, TNCC certifications.
Must be willing to take specialty classes related to the ED.
PRN-Dietary worker
Hours/Shifts May Vary based upon job duties
Shift hours 5 a.m.-1:30 p.m. and 10 a.m.- 7 p.m.
Floating among various job duties within the dietary department

MRI technologist- PRN
Essential functions-

C.N.A. – Medical-Surgical
Full Time – 7pm-7am – Every other Weekend
Duties:
- Will provide maximum individualized supportive patient care to hospitalized patients and their families within the assigned area.
- Performs the task of carrying out the appropriate treatment for the patient.
- Provides sufficient protection and physical support to patient while in bed, ambulating, lifting, and/or positioning or when being transferred.
- Gives a full report to Charge Nurse for the oncoming shift about each patient’s history treatments done, and treatments to be done.
- Will notify the Charge Nurse of any changes in the patient condition, so that he/she can determine the plan of care.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Must possess a valid Certified Nurse Aide License
- Must be CPR certified.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be able to prioritize nursing care utilizing nursing judgment.
Licensed Practical Nurse
Full Time 7:00pm – 7:00am
Duties:
- Assesses patient and family needs
- Implements patient care and nursing provides for appropriate treatment
- Completes required documentation and provides for appropriate treatment of patients
- Responds to patient crisis situations
- Maintains safe unit/patient environment
- Orients and/or assigns appropriate personnel to orient and evaluates the personnel by job performance appraisal
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Licensed from an accredited school of nursing
- Licensed to practice within the state Kentucky
- Must have a L.P.N degree
- Must have current BLS
- No restrictions on nursing license
Registered Nurse
(1) PRN position available
(1) Float position 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Full Time
Duties:
- Performs admission assessment including H&P and ongoing assessments including safety, infection control, and health education
- Carries out physicians orders using sound nursing judgment
- Utilizes written and computer skills to complete patient/unit forms and records
- Performs or delegates the task of carrying out appropriate treatments for the patients
- Demonstrates competence in CPR
- Intervenes in mental and/or physical patient crisis situations
- Will upon admission and throughout hospital stay, institute discharge planning as needed with the appropriate agencies or personnel
- Orients and/or assigns new personnel to be oriented
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be willing to cross-train to other departments
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Licensed to practice within the state of Kentucky
- Minimum of an Associates Degree
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification preferred
- Must maintain continuing education credits as established by KBN
- Previous experience preferred
Licensed Practical Nurse
PRN all shifts
Duties:
