Caldwell Medical Center has introduced a secure, online electronic bill payment service that enables our patients to view statements or make payments on the their bill by credit card all in one location. Our online bill pay feature is the latest enhancement to assist in easing our patients experience.

Below are step-by-step instructions on how to pay your bill online.
1. Click the “Pay Your Bill’ button at the top of our homepage and you will be re-directed to our bill pay.
2. Click the “Pay Your Bill’ button at the bottom of our bill pay page and you will be re-directed to our secure online payment portal.
3. Click in the amount box and enter your bill amount. Once entered, please click ‘Continue to Billing’.
4. Fill out all of your credit card information in the required fields and click ‘Continue To Review’.
5. Review all your information and click ‘ I’m not a robot’ and click ‘I agree to the terms and conditions’. Click ‘Submit’.
