OUR MISSION
The Foundation exists to promote, develop and inspire philanthropy for the benefit of Caldwell Medical Center, which, in turn, will directly benefit the community and individuals served by Caldwell Medical Center. This mission of the Foundation is to enhance and improve the quality of life for all members of the community through the solicitation, development, promotion and stewardship of charitable gifts to be utilized for the improvement of the facilities and overall operation of Caldwell Medical Center.
CARE CHAMPION PROGRAM
If you or a loved one experienced exceptional care through Caldwell Medical Center, you can make a donation in honor of a physician, medical provider, employee, or volunteer to recognize them as a Care Champion. The Foundation will send a note of appreciation on your behalf to your Care Champion as well as present them with a badge reel to wear proudly. Gifts of any size are accepted and appreciated.
Your Care Champion gift allows Caldwell Medical Center to accommodate the growing healthcare needs of our community. 100% of your tax-deductible gift directly impacts patient care. We thank you for taking the time to pay tribute to a caregiver who has enriched your experience.

JOIN OUR BREAST CANCER 5K!
Join us for our annual Breast Cancer 5K on October 26th with registration at 7:30am and race beginning at 8:00am and make a difference! Whether you walk, jog, run, or race we want to race for the cure, to raise awareness about getting screened, to celebrate all those who are survivors and to honor those who have lost their battle with the disease.
All donations go directly to making a difference to benefit the community and all individuals served by Caldwell Medical Center services.

The Caldwell Medical Center Foundation was established in 2006 as the fundraising arm of the Caldwell Medical Center and is separately incorporated as a non-profit tax-exempt foundation. The Foundation is led by a board of directors comprised of involved citizens from Caldwell County and Lyon County. These citizens are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in our community by supporting the mission of the Foundation.
