Caldwell Medical Center offers convenient ways to view your statement, make payments, and manage your repayment experience. Simply click on the ‘Pay Your Bill’ link below and you will be redirected to our secure online payment portal.
To provide you with a more friendly and expansive repayment experience, we have installed new technologies and payment avenues for you to utilize. Caldwell Medical Center’s digital billing experience makes it easier than ever to view and pay bills related to your care, while also reducing paper waste. Following your visit, you will receive a text message or email with a link to our online bill payment site. From there, you can review your electronic statement and make a secure payment. Look for emails from Caldwellwellmedical.com and texts from 270-713-4636. If you prefer to only receive paper billing statements, reply to the text message with “STOP” or call (270) 449-0869.

We understand medical care can become expensive. Caldwell Medical is pleased to offer extended payment plans to all patients through our partner, Medfinancial.
