Annex Grand Opening

Caldwell Medical Center is excited to announce the opening of our new Annex building, located directly behind the hospital campus at 101 Medical Center Drive.

The Annex is a multipurpose clinical space which will house the Wound Care Clinic as well as CMC visiting specialty clinics. Providers are now seeing patients at the Annex location!

To officially celebrate the opening of the new building, Caldwell Medical Center invites our community to join us for a grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony! Light refreshments will be provided.
