Dr. Sanjay Bose, MD, is a board-certified Interventional Cardiologist and has been in practice for over 30 years. Bose completed his internal medicine residency at SUNY Downstate, formally known as State University of New York Health Science Center at Brooklyn, and fellowships in cardiology. His research areas of focus are on nuclear cardiology.
Bose is a fellow of cardiology at Texas Tech University Medical Center and New York Methodist Hospital. Determined to improve patients’ journeys towards a healthy heart, Dr. Bose has been with Caldwell Medical Center since 2018 and strives to improve the health of all in our community and surrounding areas.

Stephanie Mundy, APRN, has over 25 years’ experience in nursing serving the Western Kentucky region. In 2010, Stephanie completed her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern Indiana. She also completed Harvard Medical School’s comprehensive update for Cardiovascular Medicine, which is a special program that delivers an intensive review of the most important changes in cardiovascular medicine. Stephanie is excited to teach patients how to live healthier lifestyles to improve their heart and overall health. She maintains her board certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
She has been a lifelong resident of Crittenden County, and lives here with her husband, Butch, and three children, Luke, Addison and Rachel. In her spare time, she enjoys vacationing to the beach with her family, watching Crittenden County Football and boating. Stephanie is an active member of her church where she has served as an elder.

Rashelle Wydotis, APRN, FNP-C, was born and raised in Crittenden County, and has always known her calling would be in healthcare. She earned her associate degree in nursing from Madisonville Community College in 1996. She is a 2012 graduate of the University of Southern Indiana where she earned her Bachelor of Nursing, then went on to pursue her Masters of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University.
Rashelle is committed to bettering her patients by staying abreast of new technologies through continuing her education. In 2019, she attended Harvard Medical School’s comprehensive update for Cardiovascular Medicine, which is a special program that delivers an intensive review of the most important changes in cardiovascular medicine.
She has twenty-five years of experience in the medical field and is very well respected among her peers. In her spare time Rashelle enjoys being with her family, watching her daughters play volleyball, traveling, and is a devoted member of her church.

Jessica Reed Carr, PA-C felt a calling to the medical profession since childhood. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Murray State and her Masters of Science of Physician Assistant studies from Southern Illinois University. She has practiced cardiology for over a decade. She attended Harvard Medical School’s Comprehensive Update for Cardiovascular Medicine, which is a special program that delivers an intensive review of the most important changes in cardiovascular medicine.
Born and raised in Marshall County, she presently lives there with her son, Jack. She enjoys living close to her family, church involvement, exercise, reading, and travel.

Tonya McGowan, FNP-BC, WCC, attended Western Governors University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Tonya then pursued her Master of Science in Nursing from Northern Kentucky University. Tonya has a vast knowledge and working experience in the medical field and has worked for Caldwell Medical Center for over 15 years. She is excited to expand her family medicine and wound care skillset to include cardiology services and looks forward to continuing to serve ours and surrounding communities.
Tonya is married to Anthony McGowan, and they have two children, Brook and Aidan. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, reading and traveling the world.
