Caldwell Medical Center Now Offering Regeneron Infusion!

Caldwell Medical Center is committed to protecting our patients and their families during this COVID-19 pandemic. As part of our continued efforts we have made the decision to begin offering a Regen-COV2, Regeneron clinic at Caldwell Medical Center.

Regeneron’s treatment, called REGN-COV2, is a combination of two types of monoclonal antibodies. Monoclonal antibodies work by targeting the corona virus spike protein, blocking the virus from entering your body’s cells, and stopping the infection from spreading.

Beginning September 13th, we will be scheduling patients in our REGN-COV2, Regeneron clinic at 8 am, 10 am, 12:30 pm and 2:30 pm accommodating up to 3 patients in each window of time. This will be offered weekly on Monday and Wednesday’s in our Surgery Department. This clinic is in addition to what we are currently offering as we will continue to schedule up to 4 patients per day Monday through Friday to be infused in our current infusion location.

The REGN-COV2, Regeneron infusion is administered to a COVID-19 patient within 10 days of a positive result. Patients should contact their primary care provider to request the REGN-COV2, Regeneron infusion be ordered and administered to them, which then an appointment can be scheduled.

For more information regarding the REGN-COV2, Regeneron treatment please contact Caldwell Medical Center Pharmacy 270-365-0479.
