Caldwell Medical Center Opening Vaccine Availability to All Phases
 
PRINCETON, KY: (March 19, 2021) Caldwell Medical Center is now accepting appointments for all phases (Phase 1- A, B, C and Phase – 2,3) to receive the Moderna vaccine. Our vaccination clinic is for residents of the Commonwealth of Kentucky able to demonstrate residency and who are eligible under each phase of the state’s vaccine distribution plan.
 
Phase 1A– Long term care facilities, assisted living facilities, health care personnel
Phase 1B– Anyone age 70 or older, First responders, Kentucky K-12 school personnel, Kentucky child care workers
Phase 1C– Anyone age 60 or older, anyone age 18 or older with medical or behavioral health conditions per the CDC that “are” or “might” be at increased risk of severe COVID-19 disease, all essential workers
Phase 2 – Anyone age 40 or older
Phase 3 – Anyone age 18 or older (The Moderna vaccine is recommended for people aged 18 years and older)
 
Patients interested in receiving the vaccine at Caldwell Medical Center vaccination site, should call 270-365-0428 to schedule an appointment and for more information. Walk-in appointments will not be accepted. Please note that appointments may change based on vaccine availability. We ask for patience as we move through administering vaccines to meet the demand. Hospital vaccine allocations are determined by state and federal guidance.
