As Patient Advocate, Rhonda will be a dedicated voice for patients and their families, ensuring their needs, concerns, and feedback are heard and addressed with care and efficiency. She will also play a vital part in supporting Caldwell Medical’s ongoing efforts to enhance patient satisfaction and service excellence across all departments.
The Patient Advocate plays a key leadership role in ensuring that patients receive compassionate, patient-centered care throughout their healthcare journey. This position is responsible not only for servicing patients but for collecting and analyzing feedback, driving process improvements, training staff, and developing programs that promote a culture of kindness, respect, and service excellence.
