Caldwell Medical Center to discontinue the Moderna COVID Vaccination Clinic at the end of this month. The last clinic will be held on Thursday, May 27th from 10:00am-12:00pm in the Education Rooms. We will continue to administer boost doses through the month of June to anyone who receives their prime dose prior to the end of the month.
