About Adrienne Basco
Adrienne earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Austin Peay State University and her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University.

She brings a strong background in emergency care and has a special interest in cardiovascular health and cardiovascular autonomic dysfunction. Adrienne is dedicated to prevention, early detection, and management of heart disease, providing evidence-based, compassionate care while empowering patients through education and partnership in their heart health journey.

Adrienne and her husband, Adam, are proud parents to three children: Jarett, Emma, and Louisa. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and hiking in the mountains.

Jessica Reed Carr, PA-C felt a calling to the medical profession since childhood. She received her bachelor of science degree from Murray State and her Masters of Science of Physician Assistant studies from Southern Illinois University. She has practiced cardiology for over a decade.  She attended Harvard Medical School’s Comprehensive Update for Cardiovascular Medicine, which is a special program that delivers an intensive review of the most important changes in cardiovascular medicine.

Born and raised in Marshall County, she presently lives there with her son, Jack. She enjoys living close to her family, church involvement, exercise, reading, and travel.

About Tonya McGowan
Tonya McGowan, APRN, attended Western Governors University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Tonya then pursued her Masters of Science in Nursing from Northern Kentucky University.

Tonya has a vast knowledge and working experience in the medical field and has worked for Caldwell Medical Center for over 15 years. She is excited to expand her family medicine and wound care skillset to include cardiology services, and looks forward to continuing to serve ours and surrounding communities.

Tonya is married to Anthony McGowan and they have two children, Brook and Aidan. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, reading and traveling the world.
